What is Environmental & Natural Resources (ENR)?
This is a team contest for students who are interested in environmental sciences. You will walk away with knowledge about wildlife conservation, soil science, water quality analysis, and land evaluation. If you love plant science, animal science, and environmental sciences, this contest is for you!
There are four parts to this contest:
1. Wildlife, plant, and reptile identification
2. Knowledge exam
3. Water quality analysis (2026) or soil analysis (2027)
4. Environmental analysis (think land evaluation)
Practices will be held at Rocky Mountain High School in room 108 on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm. The exact practice dates for the year have been set and are on the AET calendar. Note that we will meet a few Saturdays to get some hands-on practice.
All grade levels are encouraged to participate!
